About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and keeping our executives informed and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and presentations.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and logistics.
- Maintain and improve business systems and processes, including working with productivity software such as Airtable, Xero, Trello.
- Liaise with accountants to collate and organise relevant information on schedule.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Research and compile information to support executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
