Our client are on the hunt for a mobile Site Manager for their growing business unit within the City of London.
Title: Mobile Site Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Background
Under the supervision of the Account Manager, you will be tasked with providing site management coverage and aiding the Mobilisation Manager and wider business unit when circumstances allow within the business unit.
Primary Role Purpose
The primary objective is to oversee site management within the designated business unit, encompassing the management of on-site services and teams. Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Mobilisation Manager during peak activity and the Engineer Support Supervisor when additional capacity is available, alongside providing assistance to the wider business unit as required. Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, achieving customer satisfaction, and delivering services optimally cost-effectively while prioritising health and safety for all stakeholders are key.
Principal Responsibilities
Contract and Statutory Compliance
Provision of temporary contract support for scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Assisting the Mobilisation Manager and Engineer Support Supervisor.
Ensuring all statutory obligations are met, mitigating health and safety risks.
Adherence to Health & Safety protocols, encompassing client and company requirements within contractual frameworks.
Awareness and compliance with company Health and Safety policies.
Adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Reviewing company risk assessments and method statements for adequacy.
Managing or assisting incident investigations and escalating as necessary.
Reporting near misses and hazards promptly, overseeing corrective actions.
Facilitating toolbox talks in line with company policy.
Service Quality and Delivery - Timely delivery of promised services with minimal disruption.
Adherence to Service Level Agreements, providing cost-effective, quality service while demonstrating ownership and innovation.
Responsive and adaptable communication to meet client needs and accommodate changes.
Commercial Performance
Supporting the Account Manager to ensure contracts meet budgeted profit margins.
Assisting in timely delivery of additional works, meeting or surpassing agreed margins.
Mentoring new Site Managers on commercial aspects including AWs, contract allowances, and commercial tracking.
About the Candidate
Minimum 5 years of management experience in building services delivery.
Demonstrable proficiency in statutory and HSE compliance.
Familiarity with operating electrical, heating & ventilation, and public services systems.
Mandatory training in Building Services (company-specific).
Qualifications
Completion of electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.
Possession of Level 3 NVQ diploma in Electro-technical/Heating & Ventilation/Building Services.
Non-UK qualifications certified via NARIC, meeting electrical competency standards.
