The Role The Facilities Manager will play a key role in working with colleagues/stakeholders. The post holder will maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, deliver customer-focused service, and monitor customer feedback. The successful applicant will act as an FM Business Partner, ensuring effective working relationships between contractors and stakeholders and taking ownership of buildings and precinct areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a varied, demanding, hands-on role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should have strong IT skills and the ability to manage your workload to ensure the needs of stakeholders are met. We are seeking a motivated and organised person who is comfortable and confident in dealing with impromptu challenges, working under pressure and deadlines and has experience in facilities/operational management.
