This Hemel Hempstead based family run company are looking for a Finance Administration Assistant to work two days a week (or more). The client are an independent, family run company looking for someone to join the administration side of the office with bookkeeping experience. The main tasks are preparing invoices and chasing debtors.
Responsibilities for the role:
" Maintain the online bank accounts;
" Maintain the petty cash fund;
" Record cash receipts and make bank deposits;
" Preparing and issuing sales invoices to customers;
" Chasing missing order no s/invoice addressee s etc. from clients;
" Chasing debtors (credit control);
" Taking credit card payments over the phone;
" Processing purchase invoices, receipts and payments;
" Paying creditors;
" Matching credit card statements;
" Matching fuel card statements;
" Monthly CIS returns;
" Dealing with financial paperwork;
" Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company s financial statements;
" Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested;
" Dealing with our clients;
" Answering phone;
" Filing.
Hours: Part-time 10 hours a week, 10-3pm (Can be flexible)
