A vacancy has arisen for someone to join our small friendly team in an finance administrative role. The role is office-based Monday-Thursday and working from home Friday. One of the best things about the role is the variety of the work, undertaking duties such as:
Weekly contractor payroll
Credit control
Cash allocation
Responding to contractor/client requests
You will be given responsibility for the above at an early stage so the role will suit somebody who is:
Confident and importantly accurate
Enjoys dealing with people
Well organised with the ability to multi-task.
You must be proficient in Outlook with basic Excel skills. If you have experience of TempPaid and Sage 50 applications it would be a bonus but not essential. You do not need to have had previous experience and can learn on the job. If required, training towards a recognised qualification (e.g.AAT) would be considered after 6 months.
