The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our exciting and fast-growing company in the Film and TV industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Working closely with other members of the team, particularly our Account Managers, who are our interface with clients and customers, and who create and raise all invoices
- Checking and approving invoices and POs
- Credit control
- Maintaining internal trackers which help the Finance department keep organised
- Sharing responsibilities in banking and payment runs
- Reconciling payments made and received
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Ad hoc preparation of Management Reports used for analysis and tracking
- Dealing with all staff expenses
- Accounts support for our Studio team

Experience:
- Proficiency in software such as Spreadsheets/Banking
- Excel experience is essential (knowledge of Xero is highly desirable but not essential)
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working as a Finance Administrator or similar
- Working towards an Accounting related qualification
