Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a Finance Assistant on behalf of our Letchworth-based Client.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing payment runs
- Cash allocation
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
- Provision of ad-hoc finance support to the business
Skills and attributes required:
- Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
