Your Roles and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
* Evaluate complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions to support business critical decisions relating to the manufacturing and supply chain process.
* Constructing accurate and detailed forecasts, with gross margin levels included
* Providing narrative on the P&L, emphasising how matters surrounding indirect spend and gross margins
* Play a leading role in highlighting opportunities for maximising profit through new product initiatives.
* Play a key role in supporting the financial modelling process to ensure it accurately reflects the complex and variable cost base of the business.
* Support the directors in an interactive way to continually refine the management reporting process for maximum insight.
* Working closely with stakeholders, holding them accountable for their performance against standards
What you will need to Apply:
This forward thinking and fast-moving company are looking for the most outgoing and ambitious finance professionals in the market who are not afraid to make recommendations and be forthcoming in order to help maximise revenue. The business wants to hear from late-stage part-qualified or qualified accountants who have supported financial Business Partners within a manufacturing or FMCG setting, with periodical reporting and who have supported the budgeting and forecasting processes. Moreover, those accountants who are passionate about helping non-financial staff understand complicated financials and feel capable to distil large datasets down to key narratives, will be looked upon favourably.
