Description
- Leading the finance team and overseeing all financial operations.
- Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Developing financial and tax strategies.
- Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems.
- Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
Profile
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant status is desirable.
- Experience in a senior finance role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in accounting software and statistical packages.
