Fleet Finance Executive
At Manpower we have another exciting opportunity for someone within the Finance sector to join the wonderful team of one of our Automotive Clients based in Milton Keynes.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the with numerous financial processes, including processing purchase orders, invoicing, monitoring budgets and spend, and some credit control support will be required.
This analytical role will require reconciliation work and customer finance management, with direct contact with customers, key stakeholders and internal departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Raising Purchase Orders for services due to be incurred
- Monitoring spends against set budgets and cost centres
- Processing invoices against purchase orders
- Creating invoices.
- To support with Month End activities including processing invoicing and performing spot checks for accuracy of information
- To perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts, verifying accuracy of information
- Investigating any finance queries, working with internal stakeholders to find a resolution for key accounts and corporate customers.
- To pull reports from the rental system and send these regularly to the relevant stakeholders as a back-up for the required Finance information
- To run pre-existing reports following a set process document.
Experience/ Skill set required:
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to develop and sustain positive and co-operative working relationships with a broad variety of internal and external partners
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent data presentation skills
- Good working understanding of MS PowerPoint, word and excel
This is currently an ongoing temporary position to start ASAP, Monday - Friday 09:00AM- 17:00PM (35hr week)
Paying £15.16 per hour.
