Financial Accountant

This Corporate & Commercial international law firm based in the heart of the legal district are looking to hire a newly qualified Financial Accountant.

£75,000 - £85,000 and benefits

Full time - days in the office, 2 from home

Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, this Financial Accountant role will focus on;

• All management and transactional accounting functions for the firm and requires an individual who enjoys an autonomous role who can grow with the London office
• Generating budget and cashflow reports, monthly & annual statutory reports and surveys)
• Partnership accounting, corporate tax and VAT returns,
• Analyse performance reports for the London and international operations
• Handling relationships with banks.

The Financial Accountant will ideally be ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience currently within a law firm’s accounting department. Additional requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, macro skills preferable
• PMS experience, ideally Aderant or Elite
• Knowledge and preparation of statutory accounts, budget maintenance
• Strong SAR , AML compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
