Description
We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join my client's team in the food production industry. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the technical team. This vital role requires strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the production team.
• Maintain and update production records, including inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of production reports and documents.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements
• Computer Literature
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
