Job Overview:

Freelancing Remote Awesome Personal Assistant (UK resident)

5 hours per week initially- Organisation of those hours to be discussed and agreed.

Harrop Ltd is a small but perfectly formed company led by Clinical Psychologist Dr Chris Harrop. The business has 2 income streams: Medico legal report writing, and online courses delivered worldwide.

We’re now looking to expand and grow the business in 2024/5 and have huge aims.

- We need a special person to be a key individual in freeing up Dr Harrop’s time and work so he can focus on the highest income generation activities.

This role is critical, and you’ll be highly valued and supported in your growth. Our company culture is inspiring, creative and exciting. We’re professional but awesome!

We are looking for an awesome assistant to do a variety of tasks within both income streams:

1. Medico legal reports. Providing administrative support to Dr Harrop, from organization, diary management, managing emails, responding to solicitors and agencies, administration of referrals, booking appointments, room hire and correspondence, databases, records and invoicing and keeping things on track and streamlined.

2. Online Courses- This is the part of the company that is expanding rapidly and will become the primary income generator in 2024/5 and beyond. If you want to look at Tony Robbins’ work you will get an idea of what we are aiming for. You will have an opportunity to be a part of its growth, assisting with social media, webinars, email campaigns, assist with event planning and coordination, course launches, advertising, crafting PDF's, Facebook advertising etc. to learning and implementing new tasks within the business, and other day-to-day activities and initially be the face of our customer support when online course members email us.

To attract the right person for this epic role, we have made it remote (although it would be important to meet you sometime!) and to fit with your lifestyle where possible. We aim to create an environment that you will love and thrive in. We don’t work very much during the school holidays so there would be opportunity to perhaps reduce hours during certain times of the year if this enhances your work/life balance but not essential. We hope your hours and role will expand as we grow.
