We are a small (ish), independent, London based group specialising in casual dining. Currently we have 7 sites across the capital, venues in Brighton and Leeds and looking to expand in London in 2024.
We are currently looking for a General Manager for our flagship store in W1.
This person should have a proven track record for top tier hospitality, and an energetic and outgoing personality to match. You should come with your own ideas, and then keep coming with more but of course listening to the brand, and what got us there is just as important. Our ideal match would have experience working within the late night, West End scene, and lives and breathes hospitality.
One of the most important qualities we look for is having a keen eye for details, having pride in what you do, and hopefully bringing your own innovation and creativity to the workplace. The key requirements for the role are:
· Strong hospitality background
· Proven track record in management
· Excellent people skills and an understanding about effective people management
· Skilled in recruitment and training
· Confidence in stock control
· Background in large volume operations
· Trade building and business development
Anything else is a bonus, and any required training will be provided through the company, at full pay.
THE VENUE:
W1 is our flagship store, originally formed in 2011 and reimagined to a new location in 2018. The venue is licensed until 3am 7 days a week, serving food right up until 2.30am both in house and takeaway.
We showcase DJ’s and bands, and have hosted events for brands including Monkey Shoulder, Crystal Head and Finlandia.
The site features a plethora of neons, and disco balls, a giant neon pickle, a photobooth, and a stage, and each table comes with it’s own ‘poke for Jager’ button.
You’d be managing a team of over 50 staff with help from your assistant managers, kitchen managers and bar managers.

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
