Head of Finance

A well-established Housing Association in London is looking to take on an Interim Head of Finance for the next 6 months initially.
This organisation enables tenants and communities to thrive whilst also providing great support to their employees. They have award winning ways of engaging with residents and provide homes that people feel happy and safe to live in.
Alongside the traditional Head of Finance duties including strong leadership and oversight of the finance function, the right person must have solid sector experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 5/6
Overseeing the finance function
Leading on business plans
Responsible for the financial accounts and year end reporting process
Rent reconciliations and service charge income
Requirements:
Housing Association background
Team management experience
Business Planning experience using Brixx
Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting
Excellent communication skills
