The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Membership Assistant joining the team to ensure the smooth running of the customer service and administration for our 50,000 members within our busy membership department. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department, effective management and compliance of the membership finance processes including Direct Debit and Check-Off payments, and you will have the opportunity to develop and implement improvements and new administration processes to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a passion for improving administration processes and users experience. You will need to be organised with the ability to manage your time and priorities to meet several deadlines, and have strong communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Proven customer services experience excellent interpersonal skills is essential.
