Our client is a Membership Association who are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join their team as an Assistant Membership Secretary.
In this role, your duties will include:
- Taking minutes at committee meetings
- Typing up and condensing minutes
- Distributing and following up on action points
- Organising and attending events
- Bringing members together, liaising with members
- Being the office lead for regional events
- General secretarial and administrative duties
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has energy, great attention to detail, has excellent social skills, can demonstrate minute taking skills and is well organised.
Please note: This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office.
