This Head of Housing role is Coventry based offering flexible hybrid working. The role is permanent (37 hours a week). You will receive a competitive salary of £50,939 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with our Services you will provide the following:
- To maintain and develop a Christ centred culture, values and reputation and to demonstrate strategic Christian leadership. There is therefore a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.
- To assist in formulating and developing the Trust’s Housing policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge understanding of best practise in achieving outcomes through supported housing relatable to individuals that have committed offences.
- To deliver the objectives of the Trust identified within the Business Plan through effective line and performance management to meet targets/KPIs relating to the Housing objectives of the Trust.
- To draft plans and budgets for approval and to deliver successfully on these plans and budgets.
- To ensure Langley Trust remains compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory expectations in relation to Supported Housing, in particular the expectations from the Regulator of Social Housing.
