Hours: Full time (35 hours per week). The post-holder is expected to work flexibly, with advance notice, there may be evening and weekend work.
Location: This is a hybrid role between in-office/ home working. There is expectation to be physically present in office 50% working week, on average.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Head of People & Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record and is ready for an exciting new challenge.
This is a new role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton, that will sit within our newly created Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead on all internal HR related matters, ensuring consistency in-line within legislative frameworks.
- Play a key role in supporting our multi-channel advice services by ensuring our processes, platforms and resources are effective and fit for purpose.
- Show resilience in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agile thinking and planning skills.
