What we are looking for a Head of Site:

• Great personality - patient, understanding and with a passion for developing leaders around you
• Excellent people/communications skills, you love collaborating with others
• A focus on constant growth and improvement
• A positive, can do attitude and an ability to work well under different circumstances
• Minimum 2-3 year’s experience managing a team of 15+, ideally in a high-volume fast casual or takeaway environment
• A desire to succeed and push yourself forward within the business and the wider company

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Some weekend availability will be necessary but not consistent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £41,000.00 per year + bonus
