What will I be doing?
- Managing the EMEA Customer Support team.
- Supporting a range of healthcare software solution customers.

Role Summary:
- Providing planning and prioritization and assigning activities for team resources.
- Working closely with key executives with a core focus on company performance, vision, and goals.
- Monitoring the customer support team through SLA performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a customer support team.
- Proven experience in a senior management position.
- Experience in a healthcare environment (desirable)
- Written and verbal French communication skills (desirable)
