Head Pastry Chef - £60,000 p/a at Raffles London OWO/Central London Incredible New Opening! This spring will see the much-anticipated opening of Kioku by Endo at the 5* Raffles OWO London, a Japanese/Mediterranean fusion restaurant by The Creative Group, who have amazing venues such as Humo, 20 Berkeley, Endo at The Rotunda and Sumi - with two having a Michelin star. Kioku by Endo will feature a 55 cover restaurant, with an additional 55 on the terrace (weather dependent) and a chef's table. You will lead the small Pastry team, promote traditional techniques with a Japanese influence on a seasonal basis, as well as create desserts based on trends such as plant-based options. The Pastry section will feature a chefs' window on the roof of the Raffles London with brand-new equipment. A Michelin star background and Japanese dessert experience would be an advantage for this role. Solid experience of Mediterranean desserts is essential as well as being able to show previous creativity. *Kindly note that we can only accept candidates who have the legal right to work and live in the UK, we are unable to sponsor at this time.
