Description
- Operating the CAFM systems for all reactive work orders
- Calling & liaising with supply chain and maintenance/cleaning/operations teams to sort required works across 4 sites
- First line response on helpdesk
- Raising and supporting with all PO's linked to maintenance works
- 1 hour per day (Monday to Thursday) & 1 day per week (Friday) operating and working from reception/front of house. This is providing lunch cover and Friday cover for the part-time receptionist already in place
Profile
- No helpdesk experience required
- You must be very efficient and used to working to strict deadlines
- Very fast paced role
- Able to keep calm in sometimes stressful situations
- Able to work in a noisy environment
- Experience of customer/client facing roles
- Computer literate
- Stockport based (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
- Onsite 5 days per week
