We are seeking candidates with experience in either Account Management, Key Accounts, Sales Administration or in B2B Customer Service. This role involves dealing with the business's top 300 accounts to provide high quality customer service.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary of up to £28,000 per annum

What will be expected of you:
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and support the top 300 Key Accounts, focussing on providing top quality customer service and administrative support.
- Speak to customers over the phone and by email
- Ensure that all requests for quotes are handled professionally and promptly
- Effectively and courteously communicate with customers, partners, and colleagues through both verbal and written means, including phone calls and emails.
- For one-time product enquiries, aim to provide pricing within one hour.
- Gather price quotes from external suppliers
- Enter and keep customer information current in the CRM systems.
- Send official quotes for all new products and record them in the CRM systems.
- Process customer requests by generating and dispatching purchase orders to existing partners, ensuring compliance with current customer pricing structures and maintaining a percentage gross profit equal to or above the specified minimum.
- Continue to update and maintain customer information on the CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team on larger projects.
- Provide support to Customer Service team during peak periods, or in cases of absence or holidays.
What we are looking for:
- Experience within a similar role is essential (Account Management, Sales Administrator, Customer Service)
- Competent IT skills
- Be able to work on own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
