As a thriving company that started nearly 25 years ago with a team of 4 and now proud of their 8 million pound turn over they are happy to be expanding their Accounts Team by appointing an experienced Finance Coordinator to work alongside and closely with the companies Finance Manager
ROLE:
We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, have the ability to pay attention to detail, be system savvy and happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to assist in the smooth running of the companies finance department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking ownership of accounts receivable processes and dealing with internal and external queries
- Invoice Processing. This is a vital part of the job and attention to detail is paramount due to the nature of the invoices.
- Regularly review and manage the accounts receivable aging report and following up with customers as needed.
- Liaise with Operations teams for status of any customer deliveries or invoice disputes.
- Ensure the sales ledger is closed off in line with the month end timetable deadlines.
Requirements
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and ready to learn quickly.
- Happy to learn and expand on skills.
- AAT3 qualified.
This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm
