We are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Administrator for our client, an educational establishment based in West Oxfordshire in a beautiful historic location.
As the HR Administrator, you will be working within an ongoing temporary contract to help support the HR and Administration Team. The client will be flexible with candidates who would either like to work full time or part time with the hours of 8am - 4pm.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Ensuring staff reviews are completed in a timely manner
. Complying with all GDPR and Trust Policies, advising on both
. Assisting with recruitment and HR administration and onboarding processes
. Monitoring multiple email accounts and responding in a timely manner
. Providing staff with support and HR advice
The ideal candidate will have:
. Strong administration skills
. Multitasking and communication skills
. Background in administration or recruitment
. Essential DBS will to be completed
