HR Administrator - Interim Opportunity - Initially 3 months
Location: Central Oxford (hybrid working available)
Salary: £28-33,000 per annum/hourly equivalent

Reed HR are pleased to partner with an established academic organisation in their search for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Administrator to join their small, friendly, and dynamic HR team.
This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional HR service and desires to make a significant impact in a diverse and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all personnel files.
- Handle HR queries: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions: Organise and schedule training programs for staff development.
- Assist with performance management: Support the HR Manager in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Oversee leave management: Administer and track employee leave entitlements and usage.
- Contribute to policy development: Participate in the creation and revision of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Studying towards or hold a relevant HR qualification, CIPD for example
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
