As HR Administrator will be working as part of a small and dedicated HR team delivering a "people first" culture. The role is busy and fast paced working on multiple HR admin tasks daily. Based in the Banbury office with a starting salary of £25,000 - £26,000, the role is full time (part time considered too!) and initially on a six-month contract basis. This is a highly successful business which is family owned, focuses on employee experience - this is important to them. n n nAs HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Issuing contracts and offer letters to new candidates; ensuring onboarding information is completed; conducting Right to Work checks and audit regularly, conducting previous employment referencing n
- Coordinating the approval process for all requested employment changes and internal moves; issuing revised contracts and change letters n
- Issuing termination letters; conducting F2F exit interviews; coordinating leavers checklist completion and equipment return; providing future employment references n
- First contact for all HR queries both electronic and in-person n
- Coordinating probation period process n
- Coordinating annual processes including pay review, bonus scheme administration, releasing PDPs and reporting completion data, employee survey administration n
- Covering for the Payroll Coordinator during periods of absence n
- Administering employee benefit schemes including Health Cash Plan, Holiday Purchase, Eye Care n
- Providing administration support for ER cases including issuing invite letters and taking notes during meetings n
- Ownership of employee electronic files ensuring these remain up to date at all times n
- Supporting external audits by providing administration support and data as required n
- People data reporting n
- Maintaining the Employee Handbook n
- Ownership of all job descriptions ensuring requirements are met for quality and audit purposes n
- Ownership of training records, working in partnership with L&D colleagues to ensure these remain up to date n
Key Skills and Experience Required for the HR Administrator:

- GCSE English or Maths equivalent n
- Keenness to progress within HR n
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail n
- Confident communicator n
- Adaptable in a changing environment n
