The Burford Recruitment Company are recruiting for a part-time Recruitment & HR Administrator for an organisation located in the heart of Witney. This is a busy temporary contract and would suit someone who has previous Recruitment and/or HR experience, who can work at pace in a multifaceted role!
As a Recruitment and HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department in various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with recruitment administration including placing job adverts and preparing interview packs for the selection panel.
- Ensure the validity of ID, right to work documents, references and qualifications of each candidate
- Monitor the jobs email account
- Carry out general administration within the HR Department to include: managing the HR inbox, respond to reference requests and updating HR records on the HR system
- Assist in providing support to staff by phone and email
- Maintain confidential staff records
- Monitor absences including annual leave/ dependant leave
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Duration: This is a part-time temporary position, with an expected duration of 3 - 4 months starting Tuesday 2nd April, 2024.
Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 2pm or 9am - 3pm
