Our public sector client based in Gateshead, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will be temporary and is estimated to last until the end of June 2024 initially however, this may be extended depending upon the needs of the business.
The hours of work will be 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £11.81 per hour.
Working closely with recruiting managers across Adult Social Care, you will be required to support with end to end recruitment and retention administration. Duties will include:-
· Undertake the writing of job adverts, updating of job profiles, uploading of jobs onto the system, tracking and performance, managing candidate enquiries, processing of applications, scheduling of interviews, recording outcomes and the management of candidate feedback
· Organise and attend community events, enrolment and career and recruitment days, jobs fairs and exhibitions to help raise the profile of Adult Social Care within the local communities
· Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out prior to employment, ensuring hiring managers are up to date with candidate progression
· Collate and monitor induction and probation paperwork
· Provide administration support
In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you have experience of working within a HR/Recruitment environment and a Level 3 Qualification in HR or Business Administration related subject or equivalent.
