HR Administrator - Permanent - Antrim

About the role:
- Based in Antrim (Fully office based)

Your focus will be to ensure the aims and values of the business are upheld by providing professional HR advice and guidance to employees and line managers. Duties will include:
- Administrative support to the HR department.
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence
- Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
- Assist with the co-ordination of recruitment activities and induction process for new starters
- Payroll tasks
Criteria:
- 1 years experience in a similar role ie hr admin or equivalent
- Strong knowledge surrounding the legislation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Computer literate, including the use of Microsoft packages.
