They have an incredible portfolio of clients, all of whom work for a real purpose. Due to company expansion, they're now looking for a HR Administrator to support the team in a brand-new role.
Your new role
Your new role will be very varied. You will administer all HR related documentation (from template documents), maintain employee data, files and records, provide administrative support for other people-related activities including recruitment, induction, probation reviews and leave. You will maintain the employee handbook, process invoices and expense claims and provide administrative support in respect of employee benefits. You will update the HR system and act as a key point of contact for new starters during the onboarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need administrative experience in a fast-paced and busy office environment. Exposure to HR Administration would be an advantage, but is not required. You will be highly organisation with utmost attention to detail and able to handle highly confidential data discreetly and sensitively. You will also have great experience with Microsoft Office.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. This role is based in central Oxford and as the main point of contact initially for any queries in HR, you will be required to be on site. There is flexibility to work from home if needed or to adjust hours to work around home life.
