Siamo Group are looking for an HR Administrator to work initially for 6 months for our client based in Coventry
Duties will include:
Raise offer letter and contracts and participate in the Induction programme for new starters.
Assist with telcom interviews for graduate and apprentice recruitment.
Undertake absence interviews and support the administration of the Attendance Procedure
Arrange medical appointments with Occupational Health - distribute reports as appropriate.
Input sickness/absence data and generate reports for advisors.
Assist advisors in the preparation of packs for discipline and grievance meetings.
Note taker for discipline and grievance meetings.
Assist payroll administrators with entering time sheet data and entering holiday data into SAP
Support the development of the HR function and any special tasks/projects as may be required.
The job holder may also be asked to perform other duties not strictly laid out in this job description.
