Job description

Job Title: HR AdministratorLocation: Thame

We are supporting a company based in Thame, Oxon with recruiting for a Part-time HR Administrator. You would be working 25 hours per week, 9 am - 2pm Monday - Friday, with flexibility occasionally needed to cover in the HR Managers absence. This opportunity is due to company growth so it is a really exciting time to be joining them.

The starting salary is GBP12 per hour, which will be reviewed after a successful 3 month probationary period. They will also provide fuel allowance too! Ideally you will have proven HR administration experience, or be working towards your CIPD but not essential.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with recruitment including adverts and arranging interviews
  • Preparing induction packs and processing new starters
  • Recording absence and reporting statistics
  • Updating Training and Health & Safety records
  • Accurately updating employee details on the database
  • Issuing letters when required
  • Taking minutes for employee meetings
  • Dealing with queries and assisting with ad hoc HR tasks when required.

You must have excellent people skills and be approachable and friendly. Discretion is key in this role working within HR so this is essential.
