An opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join their new site in Luton. You will be supporting the Group HR manager to deliver high quality and compliant HR services, and taking responsibility for providing all elements of the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain training record and ensure training for job role is complete.
- Ensure any suggested changes to the GDP system have been approved via the change control procedure before changes are made.
- Provide high quality, customer focused HR services to all employees.
- Be the front line of contact for queries coming into the HR department and manage assigned caseloads.
- Provide support and advice to internal customers on a range of employment issues.
- Maintain the HR system within the boundaries of Company policy and GDPR requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of training programmes on HR related matters.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience working in a similar role (at least 12 months).
- HR based qualification (E.g. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable).
