Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

gap personnel are currently working in partnership with a leading, international manufacturing company based in Exeter. They are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Advisor with ER experience.

We are looking for a resilient and organised individual who is wanting to work in a human centric focused business.

You will provide a front-line service supporting employees and managers with policy, process and system enquiries.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a generalist HR advisory position
• Be able to work in a fast paced working environment
• Have knowledge and experience of ER case management
• Be able to demonstrate experience of stakeholder management
• Ideally be from a manufacturing background
• Case manage complex and high profile ER cases

Working hours and pay:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
• GBP30,000-GBP35,000 DOE

Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
