- Client-Centric Expertise: Background in customer service/HR, providing advice to managers/clients across various issues while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations effectively.
- Dynamic Work Environments: Proven success in thriving within high-volume work environments.
