Job description

Our client, an internationally renowned transport company based in Kings Cross, are looking for a switched-on HR Analyst to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis!
In this role you will be collecting and compiling HR data to be applied to support the wider people team and key stakeholders. You will also provide data to support and inform people strategies and business performance.

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Location: Kings Cross
Pay: £19-21 per hour
Duties:
Maintaining up to date establishment data, including family trees, that supports workforce planning using real time and historical data analysis.
Provide data for all audit requests, internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure high quality, accurate, insightful data is produced and maintained, working with the HR Team to ensure this is the case.
Deal with requests for information, and create ad hoc reports for the team, employees, and management as required.
Assist with producing yearly gender pay gap information on the government portal.
Assist with accurately producing all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed timeframes. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics/dashboards.
Assist with business dashboard reporting, analysing the data, highlighting key areas, and predicting trends for discussion, working with the HR business partners and the HR Manager to create this.
Consistently engage with internal customers, making sure what is required is delivered, and making suggested changes where applicable.
To assist with transforming key HR transactional processes, such as absence management, to ensure data is captured, recorded, and monitored for the purpose of analysis, audit and policy compliance.
Actively look for and identify opportunities for improvement, amending processes and templates that aim to improve business efficiency and compliance.
Use tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data.
To ensure that all HR data is obtained, processed, and retained in line with GDPR.Expectation of skillset:
French speaking desirable
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving.
Knowledge and/or experience of creating HR metrics.
Experience of working in a human resources function is desired but not essential.
Responsive and organised.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional relationships.
