Our client is a leading London Market Insurer who is currently looking to add an experienced HR analyst to their team on an initial 18-month contract to support the development and roll-out of Workday along with day-to-day support of the HR function including payroll and reward.
To be considered for the role you must have demonstrable experience of working in Human Resources with experience working within a regulated environment and ideally in insurance. Excellent analytical thinking skills go without saying and Power BI and Workday knowledge are highly advantageous and will make the difference in comparison to other potential candidates. Proven experience of interpretating data, analysing and giving clear concise value add reports with a thirst for continual improvement and thinking out of the box will be required.
