JGA are partnered with a leading luxury retail brand seeking an HR Analyst to join their team.
We are ideally seeking someone with HR Data and system improvement exposure, as well as a proactive and curious approach to work.
Responsibilities:
- Developing HR Data reporting.
- Proactively analysing HR Data
- HR System technical support (Dayforce preferred but not required)
- Developing a performance-driven culture through data
- Make recommendations for system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Modelling of people data
- Participating in annual budget, pay review and annual bonuses.
- Advanced Excel
- Data Modelling
- Strong HR system skills and experience.
- Excellent HR reporting and data experience.
- Dayforce experience beneficial but not essential.
- Process improvement and process automation experience.
- SQL experience beneficial, but not essential
- Implementation experience beneficial but not essential
- Reward and benefits experience desirable but not essential.
