- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong administrative experience
- IT literate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining records and managing documents
- Manage the administration aspects of the recruitment, shortlisting and interview processes
- Liaising with agencies and applicants
- Update internal databases
- Support the daily operations of HR team
- Administering the new starter process
