HR ASSISTANT - STANDISH
MON FRI 8:30AM - 5PM

GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 PER ANNUM

KPI Recruiting are working in conjunction with an established, respected firm based in Standish. Due to consistent growth and expansion, we are recruiting for a HR Assistant to work alongside the Compliance & HR Manager.
Duties will include:

• Overseeing the recruitment function - conducting screening calls prior to interviews being arranged with hiring managers
• Writing and posting job advertisements and shortlisting applications appropriately
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies as necessary
• Conducting inductions to new employees, giving site tours etc.
• Maintaining staff records on internal system, ensuring to stay in line with GDPR guidelines and maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Managing employee handbook and training documents
• Holding monthly 'check-in clinics' with employees regarding health and wellbeing
• Assisting general manager with disciplinaries and appraisals
• Building relationships with managers to ensure teams are working to optimal performance

You will need to have:

• Proven experience within the HR/recruitment function of a business
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Confident in using office software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to communicate verbally at all levels
• Strong administrative and problem-solving abilities
