HR Business Partner - 6 month fixed term contract

45,000 to 50,000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a well established business based in Harlow. The role is an all round HR mix, and I am looking for candidates to be responsible for the following:
- Full HR generalist duties
- Support implementation of HR strategies in line with business and people plans
- Work with and coach line managers around policies and procedures
- Provide HR expertise within the ER processes across the business, including investigations where required
- Maintain HR records in ER processes and report on these on a monthly basis
- Assist anf support the roll out of various projects and changes within the business
- Support recruitment and on-boarding activities
As the HR Business Partner, you will have the following experience:
- Proven hands on experience within a similar role, HR Manager or HRBP
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Current knowledge of Employment Law, HR Policies and Procedures
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience
