My Client based in Chelmsford City Centre are looking to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for approximately 6-8 weeks to assist with additional workload.
- Provide high quality HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on all people matters, throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support managers in resolving issues and undertaking casework within reasonable timescales. Develop and implement appropriate HR solutions in the management of organisational change to meet organisational requirements.
- Deliver high quality, customer-focused HR services to managers that meet needs and requirements, including job evaluation.
- Dealing with complex ER cases
