Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting a well-established international business who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract basis, based in Chelmsford.
Working as part of a highly regarded HR team, this is a hands-on Business Partnering role working closely with senior leaders combined with strategic advisory work.
Duties to include;
- Work closely with allocated client group, ensuring a commercial and solutions focussed approach
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, to guide and influence
- Work closely with line managers to support with challenging and sensitive ER issues
- Manage and advise on a broad range of ER cases, to include performance, grievance and disciplinary issues
- Take ownership to truly understand the business and its priorities
- Collaborate with the wider HR team and ensure regular contact with global colleagues
- Budget management
- Lead on HR projects
Experience required;
- Recent experience working as a HR Business Partner, ideally gained within a partnership environment
- Strong HR experience, with demonstrable experience of complex ER cases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
