Huge Small Victories
Here at Witherslack Group, our HR experts have the chance to make a bigger impact than most. That’s because they support a team with a very important task: helping build the best possible outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs in our outstanding schools and homes. In this role, you’ll help us be at our best, so we can change lives and build better, brighter futures for everyone in our organisation. And that means you too. Looking after the best interests of both our young people and our employees has been the story of our success so far– and it’s what’s seen us continue to grow, so we can help even more young people reach their full potential.
Get out what you put in
From finding great new talent to smarter workforce planning, you’ll provide expert guidance on HR matters to people across the organisation. You’ll be working directly with Regional Operations Directors, Head Teachers and Children’s Home Managers, as well as the wider HR team. Through strong relationships, you’ll implement practical, innovative solutions that support and reinforce our policies. One day, you could be coaching managers on HR issues; the next, you could be masterminding plans to support the business’ needs. Whether you’re focused on employee engagement, internal talent pipelines or organisational change, you’ll insist on legal compliance and check alignment with HR strategy, as you support us in driving improvements. To help us continually get better and better at what we do, we regularly take feedback from our employees, through surveys and focus groups, giving everyone a chance to have their voice heard.
