Up to GBP60k plus Car allowance
Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner. This is a standalone role for this site and will work closely with the wider HR team across the South.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for all HR queries and issues.
- Managing ER cases at all levels.
- Managing Key stakeholders.
- HR data analysis, identifying key trends with site leaders.
- Work closely with the Group HRD on wider HR projects and initiatives.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience working as a HR Business Partner.
- Ideally CIPD level 7 qualified or level 5.
- Very strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- The ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Good commercial acumen with the ability to weigh up HR decisions in conjunction with the operating business environment.
