Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change across the AAH branch network comprising of circa. 2400 employees. You will focus on continuous improvement in all people processes and procedures to support the commercial deliverables of the business. In a complex, unionised environment, you will provide a vital link between support centre and operations to help embed strategic change initiatives, increase colleague engagement, drive retention and performance, and develop operational leadership in your region.
