We are keen to hire an experienced, proactive, and forward-thinking HR Business Partner. The position will involve managing all aspects of HR and will be instrumental in the strategic planning of the company. The perfect candidate will have experience completing project work and have CIPD Level 3 minimum. The role is paying up to £34,000pa, and offers great benefits, generous holidays and the opportunity for further professional development. Our company is a facilities management services, based in Stockport with around 750 employees.
What will you be doing as a HR Business Partner?
· To assist the HR team with strategic planning to enable the business to meet short and long term objectives
· Working in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and commercial advice across a range of HR activities in order to continuously improve performance and employee engagement whilst at all times managing business risk.
· Support the HR Team in policy development in line with business need and legislative changes
· Supporting the HR Team in the design and delivery of HR & Payroll Processes, employee induction programme and legislative changes
· Supporting the HR Team with strategic HR planning and identifying gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to identify and limit risks to the business.
· Manage ER/IR issues across the business - acting as Employee Relations specialist within the HR team taking lead/supporting HRBP on high risk cases
· Delivering on complex HR Projects cross-functionally
· Deliver training activities to Mangers across the business areas and ensure wide spread understanding across the workforce
· Build strong business relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
· Partner with the heads of service to deliver the full spectrum of HR tasks
· Champion Equality and Diversity across the business, partnering with all stakeholders to ensure Company standards are maintained and are continuously developed
· Partner with stakeholders to ensure that vulnerable employees and apprentices are supported and managed appropriately across all levels of the business
· Champion the Company Values and Code of Conduct by partnering with stakeholders to ensure understanding and consistency across the business
· Partner with Managers across the business to identify and implement performance improvements against HR and business KPIs
· Constantly strive to Identify and implement cost reductions
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Proven HR Business Partner experience within large or multi-site organisations
· Experience of payroll would be desirable
· Full or Part CIPD qualified, minimum Level 3
· Employment law qualification
· Private sector experience would be preferred
· Supporting in strategic HR planning
· Ability to manage complex IR/ER issues
· Line Management and development
· Change Management
