Reporting to the UK HR and Talent Director, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR leadership within their business area, implementing the People strategy and the supporting People plan, as well as managing the delivery of HR services to meet requirements and objectives.

Description
The HR Business partner will build and nourish strong working partnerships with department heads and line managers, and will understand the individual businesses and their challenges, and be able to guide line managers on efficient decision making.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the People Director to drive the People and Talent Strategy
- Understand the culture and be able analyse trends and create action plans to drive change
- Manage HR queries and deal with people requests promptly
- Implement and develop effective people processes
- Provide expert advice and coach line managers to resolve employee relations issues including performance management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievances, and TUPE
- Create a brilliant 'People Experience' for everyone, inspiring and motivating the wider team to ensure processes are actioned efficiently
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that all candidates have a first-class experience
- Oversee the Probation process with support from the wider team
- Drive the Performance Review process to ensure it delivers meaningful feedback
- Talent Planning: Support the People Director with the talent and succession planning agenda
- Learning & Development: Identify opportunities to support employee development and promote a culture of continual development
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Take the lead on some key Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Pay Review & Promotion: Support the People Director with the bi-annual promotion and pay review process
- Projects: Always push for creative and innovative solutions to drive the People strategy
Profile
- Previous HR Business Partnering experience
- Degree qualified in HR or a relevant subject
- CIPD level 5 or above
- HR experience working in either Consumer Branding, Retail, Tech, or withing a Creative/Design Agency
- Excellent commercial understanding and HR/ People knowledge is essential
- A strong understanding of employment law
- Experience of learning and development is beneficial

- Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
